Logistics & Supply Chain

Visibility and intelligence across every link in the chain.

01 — Context

Supply chains generate data at every node — from supplier quotes to warehouse receipts, from shipment tracking events to invoice approvals. Most of this data is siloed, delayed, or buried in email and PDF attachments. The result is that disruptions are discovered late, procurement decisions are made on incomplete information, and operational reporting requires manual consolidation. We build the visibility and intelligence layer that changes this.

02 — The Challenge

The Supply Chain Visibility Gap

A typical supply chain involves dozens of suppliers, multiple logistics providers, several warehouses, and one ERP that receives data days after events occur. Procurement teams make decisions based on stale supplier performance data. Operations teams discover shipment delays when customers call. Finance teams reconcile invoices manually against purchase orders. The data to prevent all of these problems exists — spread across carrier portals, supplier emails, WMS systems, and spreadsheets.

03 — Our Approach

We consolidate data from across the supply chain into a unified operational data platform. Real-time shipment tracking feeds from carriers and 3PLs surface delays the moment they occur — not when a customer complains. Supplier performance analytics use historical data to score on-time delivery, quality rates, and pricing trends. Document intelligence automates invoice matching, PO reconciliation, and delivery confirmation processing. ML models forecast disruption risk based on supplier signals, geopolitical events, and historical patterns.
